A technician will setup or troubleshoot your modem and router to maximize the performance of your wireless network (WIFI) as well as ensure security; we will also connect up to 5 of your preferred devices to save you the hassle but additionally we will educate you on this process for future reference. Virus Removal and Operating System Repair

A skilled technician will assist you by repairing your Operating system, removing malware, installing or fixing an antivirus (cost of software not included), and optimizing your OS.
Application/ Software Setup or Troubleshooting

There will be a nominal fee of $9.99 for each additional app troubleshooting request beyond the initial one provided.
Operating System Update or Upgrade

An skilled technician will perform Operating system updates and/or upgrades (cost of upgraded OS not included), remove any unnecessary software, make sure your windows defender is working properly and/or install a new security application if requested (cost of software not included); finally, we will double check your system to make sure it is working at peak performance.
Hardware/ Component Installation

An experienced technician will assist you installing your new piece of hardware/component, install the required drivers, as well as optimize and test for the right performance. We will take care of installing your component such as a graphics card, hard drive, SSD, NVMe, optical drive, motherboard, CPU, etc.
